Faith That Moves Mountain's Pt 2 - Day - 5

Day 5: Keep Moving, Breakthrough Is Close

Devotional

Waiting on God is not the same as sitting still and doing nothing. It is an active, expectant posture. It means staying engaged with His Word, paying attention to His movement, and refusing to give up when the breakthrough feels just out of reach. Some of the most discouraging moments in faith come right before something shifts. The pressure builds, the silence feels heavier, and everything in you wants to pull back. But that compression is often a sign that you are close, not that you are forgotten. And here is the truth that makes it possible to keep going. Whatever you have done or not done, God has outdone it. He has overcome it. He has paid the price for it. You are not pushing toward a breakthrough you have to earn. You are pressing into something that has already been secured for you through Christ. Your testimony matters in this. The victories God has already brought you through are not just personal memories. They are evidence of His faithfulness, and they fuel your faith for what is ahead. Sharing what He has done keeps your eyes on what is happening, not just on what has not happened yet. Do not stop now. Keep your eyes open, stay engaged, and trust that He is working. The breakthrough is closer than it looks.

Bible Verse
"Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, 'Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree')." - Galatians 3:13 (New King James Version (NKJV))

Reflection Question
When you feel the most pressure in a season of waiting, what would it look like to press forward in faith rather than pulling back?

Quote
"When you start feeling that compression, put the throttle to the floor, get there, because you're going to break through."

Prayer

God, thank You that the breakthrough I need has already been secured through Christ. Give me the strength to keep pressing forward, even when the pressure feels overwhelming. Amen.
